Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty
Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress born in Berkeley on the 1st October 1995. She is best known as an actress, having appeared as a character in Choices (2011), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004) and Chrissie Mair's Content House. Asia Argento is an Italian actor and director of films who is a member of a large family of both. She's pursued the two professions herself. The actress made her debut when she was just nine years old in Sergio Citti's Sogni e bisogni (1985). In 1988 the film of Michele Soavi's The Church was directed by Michele Soavi and she played the role of Cristina Comencini's Zoo. Then, in 1989, she played Nanni Moretti's (also directed by Michele Soavi) daughter in Red Wood Pigeon. The film Close Friends (1992), written and directed by Michele Placido, that Asia's career really took off and she was able to change from playing young girls into more mature, complex role. It was a huge success in the Cannes International Film
